Hi, I'm Brian Lee, owner of Breacan Consulting and consultant.

A bit of background: I served for 11 years in the Western Australia Police, working in specialist areas such as - Close Personal Protection and Counter Terrorism Intelligence, Witness Security and Operational Safety and Tactics Training before moving to Crown Perth. I spent 16 years at Crown, 9 of which were as General Manager Security and Surveillance, responsible for protecting of its staff, customers and assets. With 10 million people visiting annually, a 24-hour operating business and 5,500 staff I oversaw the security and surveillance operations, medial services, crisis and emergency planning and management and investigation services. Furthermore, I have delivered Crisis and Emergency Management training and exercises extensively both nationally and internationally for the resource and mining sector and developed Emergency Management Plans for local commercial businesses and mining companies.

Apart from my employment experience, I served as Chapter Chair for ASIS International for four years, as Assistant Regional VP ASIS International and as Chair of the Financial, Administrative and Professional Training Services for four years and Chair of the Security Industry Advisory Committee reporting to Government. I have worked closely with State and Federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies and presented nationally and globally on counterterrorism and security related matters.
